This class will be absolutely perfect for you if you are a complete beginner or improver, maybe you have tried Pilates before a few years back & you'd like to now start again? Pilates really does help to keep your body moving, helping to release those aches & pains and to help you move more freely. Both men & women attend our lovely friendly daytime classes. You'll be made to feel very welcome. We will be concentrating on those all important basics, to enhance your technique - control, precision, breath work aswell as your posture, balance, co-ordination, core strength & mobility. You'll start to feel the difference in just a few weeks (see some of our newest reviews on our Beginners Page menu) - see how our other ladies & gents find the classes. Pilates is perfect for back strength & stability too. This is one of the many reasons why it has become so popular. I can't recommend Pilates enough to friends & family. It helped to cure my back pain from day 1 when I had a herniated disc many years ago & could hardly walk. I'm sure you will love the classes as much as I do & I very much look forward to seeing you at class, a very warm welcome awaits.. FOR YOUR INFORMATION - please read: - Holidays and sickness? No problem - we send you a pre-recording if you are missing from class for any reason (we do not carry sessions forward). & Members pay on a block book 6 weekly system (after their initial 1st class payment) You may choose to pay either by cash on the day, or by using your card. Please bring a mat.

We work in block bookings for Pilates sessions (all Pilates Instructors will operate like this to secure). Full Terms & Conditions will be given to you in class re sickness & holidays. Note - for illness or any other reason for non attendance, you will be given a pre recording to catch up on.
