This class is held at Shavington Methodist Church Hall, Main Rd, Shavington. You must be in good health to attend this class. Booking is essential to guarantee a place here. This class will be absolutely perfect for you if you are a complete beginner or improver, maybe you have tried Pilates before a few years back & you'd like to now start again? Pilates really does help to keep your body moving, helping to release those aches & pains and to help you move more freely. Both men & women attend our lovely friendly daytime classes. You'll be made to feel very welcome. We will be concentrating on those all important basics, to enhance your technique - control, precision, breath work aswell as your posture, balance, co-ordination, core strength & mobility. You'll start to feel the difference in just a few weeks (see some of our newest reviews on our Beginners Page menu) - see how our other ladies & gents find the classes. Pilates is perfect for back strength too & stability. This is one of the many reasons why it has become so popular. I can't recommend Pilates enough to friends & family. It helped to cure my back pain from day 1 when I had a herniated disc many years ago & could hardly walk. I'm sure you will love the classes as much as I do & I very much look forward to seeing you at class, a very warm welcome awaits.. FOR YOUR INFORMATION - please read: - Holidays and sickness? No problem - we send you a pre-recording if you are missing from class for any reason. Members pay on a block book 6 weekly system (after their initial 1st class payment) You may choose to pay either by cash on the day, or by using your card. Please bring a mat.

We work in block bookings for Pilates sessions (Please Note - All reputable Pilates Instructors do this). If you are unable to attend your weekly session due to illness or a holiday, you can simply attend another of Lynne's sessions if we have a place available that same week. IMPORTANT - You must let me know if you are away on holiday or due to illness, Text Lynne 07738117566. You will be given a copy of the Terms & Conditions. (see the full list of classes that are on offer nearby on the website) Alternatively, you may opt for a pre-recorded class to watch from home when you have the time to make up for your paid for missed session, so this is not a problem.
